How it all began...

I started this company with my brother in 1993 when I was 16 years old. We started with a 1963 Dodge Powerwagon pickup with plywood sides and 15 customers. It was an exciting time for us. We learned a lot during that time too. We learned the value of good customer service and honesty. We learned that people want dependability in their disposal service, and they like it with a smile. Because we took these lessons to heart, we grew.

From 15 customers then to over 3600 today, some things don't change. We still know the value of good customer service, honesty, and dependability. And now, more than ever, we value our community. So come join us at United. You'll be happy you came.

Our Philosophy

We focus on keeping simple things simple. We don't believe in hidden fees or bait-and-switch advertising. Instead, we keep our customers happy with great customer service, consistent, year-round solid waste services (excuding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day), and timely response to problems. United Disposal focuses on strong involvement in the community. We work with organizations like the Boy Scouts of America and local churches to do our part in establishing the tri-cities area as a quality community.
